SPEAK UP! Talk about voter rights and election reform. Write letters to the editor. Call in to talk shows. Join in discussions online. Make your own web page.
LOBBY! Visit government officials at all levels as often as you can. Tell them in no uncertain terms that election reform is a top priority. Write them, call them, fax them, and yes, email them! They have no right to discriminate against legitimate, identifiable electronic correspondence!
DEMONSTRATE! Attend the Voter March in Washington, DC on May 19th. March in regional demonstrations. You'll be surprised at how good it will make you feel, talking directly to other intelligent Americans undistorted by the press.
REGISTER TO VOTE! And encourage others to do the same. Help them. Get copies of the forms. Witness their signatures. Make sure that they understand the ballots and their guaranteed right to vote. Follow up to make sure that some election "official" somewhere doesn't drop the ball. Be polite but not overly trusting. Make friends. Drive new voters to the polls.
RECORD WHAT IS ACTUALLY HAPPENING! Videotape, take pictures, write down events as they occur based on your personal experience. Tell the truth. The other side has enormous media resources at its disposal. Only a unified yet diversified citizen press enabled by new technology will be able to overcome their propoganda offensive and revisionist historians. We owe it to our offspring.
You can bet the other side is doing this. We don't have the money, but we've got the numbers. Now is the time, folks.
